We’re a family-owned business that grew out of a desire to build something honest, dependable, and our own. The idea first started when a friend of ours from New York—who currently works in this same line of business—encouraged us to consider it as a strong venture. Around the same time, we spoke with a guy from Clare who said he was staying extremely busy. That’s when we realized that if we could get into the subdivisions around Grand Rapids and East Lansing, we’d have more than enough work to stay busy year-round.

About five years ago, David—the owner—was diagnosed with a tumor. After months of health struggles and eventually having it removed, returning to construction at full capacity became difficult. That challenge pushed us to move forward with this business and put our focus into building something sustainable and meaningful.

Our goal is simple: make an honest living and keep our customers genuinely happy. We take the time to explain how everything works, what we’re doing, and what to expect. We stand behind our work, and if something isn’t right, we make it right. Most importantly, we treat every property we step onto as if it were our own.
